What We Do
architectural plans, residence

Using our extensive experience we provide you with critical information and tools to manage your construction project.  We represent you and look after your interests.

Too often, design is incomplete and changes force change orders for time and money. Builders miss the scope of work or the quality of the work does not meet expectations, and poor planning results in the extension of the project.  Proper planning greatly reduce these missed items.  There are procedures and mechanisms that can be put in place to help avoid these mistakes.

The start of the project is the best time to set the framework for success.  And, at the same time, it is never to late to have a reset so that the project can be more successful.

The primary experience in this firm is in residential, custom houses, brownstones, and apartments.  We have had extensive experience in the actual building, and the controls that create successful projects.   We know the industry intimately.

The Construction Team

The construction team is usually built with the Owner/Client, the Architect, and the General Contractor.

Even with a clear agreement and some process in place at the beginning of the project, failures happen.  Architects and Construction companies continually do not meet the clients expectations. Almost everyone has a construction story.

We have seen the failures and successes, and know the processes to keep a project on track because we can identify early on where teams miss the mark.  When a miss-step is clearly identified and dealt with early on, mitigation can happen quickly.
